Dinner Menu We serve dinner three nights a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (in season) in our main dining room. On Wednesday's you can expect a taste of comfort food. A-la- cart entrees may include braised pot roast, beef short ribs and spaghetti and meatballs to name a few. Thursday's are reserved for our theme nights. Friday night is our fine dining menu with some selections that may include rack of Colorado lamb (pictured), filet mignon and fresh seafood flown in from Santa Barbara.
Thursday Specials
From November through April we have a special theme night buffet every Thursday. Buffet themes vary from "create your own pasta," south of the border, to the ever-popular prime rib buffet (pictured). You can always find what the upcoming theme buffet is on our calendar.
