Comfortably located between the Men’s and Women’s locker room is the State-of-the-art fitness facility at FireRock Country Club.  Within this 1000 square foot gym you will find a full line of Precor cardio equipment, cybex strength line including a multi-use cable machine and full free weights with a smith machine to match any fitness potential.  This clean and well maintained gym offer the privacy of a personal studio with the equipment found in a commercial fitness center.
