FireRock’s $13 million Clubhouse renovation introduces expanded dining spaces, a state-of-the-art kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and flexible gathering places designed to host everything from intimate dinners to large celebrations.

Trovo comes from the Italian word meaning “gathering place.” This is the casual but still stylish social hub of the club, where members come together for a drink, a pizza, or time by the fire.

In this space, the menu is more refined: farm-raised beef paired with seasonal elements, slow‑aged wine matched with the slow-turning sunset through panoramic windows. The result: a dining experience as unique as the name, and as real as the people gathered around the table.
